Friendly staff, clean room, daily cleaning service, fresh bedding and towels, good breakfast options , useful fridge.

This hotel's location is not ideal, as it is far from the city center and between two busy roads. there are a few Umbrian restaurants in the area. the rooms are clean and serviced daily, with fresh bedding and towels. the breakfast has both savory and sweet options. there is a pool, ample parking, and a large supermarket across the road.

The common areas and decor feel outdated, which may take away from the overall experience of the guests.

Leaving.

Lack of assistance for non business customers. We booked the hotel because of the pool and when we arrived we found that the pool was closed for a reception which was extremely frustrating. Also there was no room service menu, when I went to read the menu at the restaurant it was in Italian. I asked if there was an English version which I was directed to out the front of the hotel attached behind a glass display board. So it wasn't very practical for me to read or to take back to my room to show my husband. Also the breakfast really wasn't very good, there wasn't even any toast and it was all sugary foods.

It was close to the main section of town and had a lovely view of the city. Great outdoor seting for dinner and after dinner drinks.

The breakfast served a variety of tasty sweet and savory options. , the pool was a relaxing refuge after a day of exploring, with just the right amount of sunlight.

The hotel is outdated, in need of renovation and doesn't provide interesting activities. The location is in a busy and noisy area, making it hard to rest.

The staff at this hotel were not helpful. Our room was incorrectly allocated, nor was it ready upon our arrival at nearly 3pm. The 24 hour laundry service does not exist. The room service is for drinks only, making it impossible to obtain any food between 2pm and 7pm as the restaurant is also closed.

The hotel is conveniently located for access to main roads and highways. the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding provided. the breakfast served has a good variety of options.

The hotel decor could use an update and the bathrooms are quite dated. the showers are small and the floors creaky.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast was definitely the highlight, with a wide range of delicious options including pastries, fruits, yogurts, and eggs. The staff were also friendly and helpful, making my stay all the more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, with the room being cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. the transportation options were convenient, with a large supermarket right across the street.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel's beautiful garden area provided a tranquil oasis where I could unwind and relax. The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.
